    From St. Peter's Square, start by facing the majestic St. Peter's Basilica. Exit the square via the main entrance, which is the one directly in front of the Basilica. Walk straight down Via della Conciliazione, which is the main road leading away from the square. Continue walking for approximately 10 minutes, passing the Castel Sant'Angelo on your left. As you approach the intersection with Via di Panico, you will see a sign for the Museo di Roma. Turn left onto Via di Panico and continue for a short distance until you reach Piazza di S. Pantaleo. The museum will be on your right at number 10.

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head towards the exit of the square, then turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and continue straight until you reach the bus stop. Take the bus number 64 towards Stazione Termini. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza Navona'. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Museo di Roma. Head east on Corso del Rinascimento, then turn right onto Piazza di S. Pantaleo, and the museum will be located at number 10.
