From the Vatican Museums, exit the museum complex and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking until you reach St. Peter's Square. From there, head towards the entrance of the Basilica of St. Peter, and then walk around the square towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight, and after a few minutes, you will reach the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Angels and Martyrs located at P.za della Repubblica.

From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via di Porta Angelica. Take the bus line 62 towards Stazione Termini. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'P.za della Repubblica' stop. From there, the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Angels and Martyrs is just a short walk away. Head towards the square and you will see the basilica.
