From St. Peter's Square, face the Basilica and walk straight towards the colonnade. As you exit the square, keep the colonnade on your right side. Continue walking straight until you reach the main street, Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and head towards the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank. You will eventually reach a pedestrian bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Largo di Villa Peretti will be on your right, a short walk from the roundabout.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Catch bus number 64, which heads towards Termini Station. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop 'Termini'. From Termini, walk straight for about 10 minutes to Largo di Villa Peretti. You can also look for local signs directing you towards Villa Peretti.
