Turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo, which will be on your left. From there, cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) toward the other side of the river. Once across, continue straight onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. The Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle will be on your left after a short walk.

    Exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via di Porta Angelica. Take bus number 64 in the direction of Termini. After about 5 stops, get off at the stop 'Piazza Navona'. From there, it’s a short walk to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Head towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, and the Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle will be visible down the street on your right.
