Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head towards Viale Vaticano. Walk straight down Viale Vaticano until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, take the right exit towards Via della Conciliazione, and continue walking until you reach the bridge over the Tiber River, Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via dei Coronari. At the end of Via dei Coronari, take a left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Venti Settembre. Turn right onto Via Venti Settembre, and you will find the Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria at number 17 on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Viale Vaticano.' Board bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Termini.' Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Via Venti Settembre.' From there, walk a short distance down Via Venti Settembre until you reach the Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria at number 17 on your left.
