    From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head towards the main road, Viale Vaticano. Turn right and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Turn left onto Via Leone IV and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross over to the opposite side of the street. Continue straight on until you reach the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank until you see the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head towards Via del Teatro di Pompeo, then turn left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue straight until you reach the Via del Corso, then turn right. Walk along Via del Corso until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fori Imperiali. Turn right on Via dei Fori Imperiali, and you will see the entrance to the Parco archeologico del Colosseo.

    From the Vatican Museums, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop located at Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 or 492 towards the direction of 'Stazione Termini.' After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia.' From there, walk towards Via dei Fori Imperiali. Once you reach Via dei Fori Imperiali, turn right and you will find the entrance to the Parco archeologico del Colosseo.
