Walking
From the Apostolic Palace, exit the building and head towards St. Peter's Square. Once you reach the square, face the basilica and take the left pathway that leads towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight along this road for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and then take the first left onto Via della Stazione di San Pietro. Walk straight until you reach the entrance of the Parco archeologico del Colosseo.

From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop at Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 64 towards Termini Station. Get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop after about 15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards the Colosseum, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Simply follow the signs towards Parco archeologico del Colosseo, and you will arrive at your destination.
