Walking
From the main entrance of the Vatican Necropolis, exit the site and head towards St. Peter's Basilica. Walk along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Basilica. Once there, find the entrance to the Vatican Gardens, which is near the Basilica. Follow the signs that lead to the Roseto comunale, located at Via di Valle Murcia, 6. The walk should take approximately 15 minutes.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 23 towards 'Piazza dei Giudici'. Get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, transfer to bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Trastevere' and get off at the stop 'Piazza della Rovere'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Roseto comunale. Head east on Via di Valle Murcia and you will reach your destination in about 5 minutes.
Taxi
If you prefer not to walk or use public transport, you can take a taxi from the Vatican Necropolis. Simply go to the nearest taxi stand located outside the entrance of the Vatican. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Roseto comunale at Via di Valle Murcia, 6, 00153 Roma RM. The ride will take about 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic.
