Exit the Sistine Chapel and turn left. Walk straight towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once you reach the entrance, continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At the traffic lights, cross the road and take Via della Stazione di San Pietro. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Santa Prisca. Turn right onto Via di Santa Prisca, and you will find the Church of Saint Prisca at number 11 on your left.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via di Porta Angelica, which should take about 10 minutes. Catch bus number 23 towards 'Piazza Risorgimento'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano'. From there, walk down Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then turn left onto Via di Santa Prisca. The Church of Saint Prisca will be on your right at number 11.
