    From the Vatican Necropolis entrance, head towards the Basilica of St. Peter. Once you reach the Basilica, exit to the right and walk along the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and walk straight on the other side until you reach the Piazza di Siena. The distance is approximately 1.5 km and should take around 20 minutes.

    If you are near the Vatican Museums, exit the museum and head towards Viale Vaticano. Turn left onto Viale Vaticano and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica, and continue straight until you arrive at the Basilica of St. Peter. From there, follow the earlier directions to Piazza di Siena.

    From the Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 64 towards Termini. After 5 stops, get off at the stop named 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, it's a short walk to Piazza di Siena. Head south on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, then turn right onto Via del Teatro di Pompeo, and finally walk straight until you reach Piazza di Siena.
