    From the entrance of the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards Viale Vaticano. Once you reach Viale Vaticano, turn left and continue walking straight. You will pass by the Vatican Museums and eventually reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Continue walking down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Bridge of Angels). After crossing, continue straight on Lungotevere Castello until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Castello. Turn right and follow Via di Porta Castello until it leads you into Via delle Fornaci. Continue on this road until you reach Via Prenestina. Villa Gordiani will be on your left at Via Prenestina, 325.

    From the Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 49 towards the 'Stazione Termini' and ride for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 105 towards 'Via Prenestina'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Via Prenestina, 325' stop. Villa Gordiani will be right in front of you.
