From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance. Once outside, head towards the right side of the Vatican Museums. Continue walking straight along the pathway and follow the signs leading towards the Vatican City walls. You will come across a large square, which is St. Peter's Square. Walk across the square towards the large basilica in front of you. As you reach the basilica, you can find the Big Bus Tours Rome kiosk located nearby for your tour options.

After exiting the Sistine Chapel, walk towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Head towards the nearby bus stop located at the edge of the Vatican City.
