Walking
From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, walk straight down Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Turn left onto Via Leone IV and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. Then, turn right onto Via dei Gracchi. Follow this road until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From the square, take Via della Conciliazione and walk towards the river, crossing over the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left and walk along this busy street until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Obelisco del Pantheon is located.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take Bus 81 or Bus 492 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II' stop. Once you disembark, walk straight ahead along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II until you reach Piazza della Rotonda. The Obelisco del Pantheon will be in the center of the square.

From the Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station. Take the Metro Line A towards Anagnina. After three stops, get off at the 'Termini' station. Transfer to Metro Line B towards Laurentina and get off at 'Colosseo'. Exit the station and walk towards Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Venezia, then turn onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Walk straight until you arrive at Piazza della Rotonda, where the Obelisco del Pantheon is located.
