From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left and walk towards Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and keep walking straight until you reach the large Piazza San Pietro. From there, exit the square and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk down this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once across, continue straight on Via di Ponte Sant'Angelo, and then take a left onto Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima. Continue until you reach the intersection with Via di San Luigi de' Francesi. Palazzo Patrizi Montoro will be on your right at Piazza di S. Luigi de' Francesi, 37.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Catch bus number 81 or 492 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Ride the bus until you reach the stop 'Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina'. From there, walk straight on Via San Lorenzo in Lucina, which will turn into Via di Campo Marzio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Luigi de' Francesi. Turn right onto Via di San Luigi de' Francesi, and you will find Palazzo Patrizi Montoro at number 37.
