    From Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the entrance gate of the Vatican Museums. Once you exit, turn left and walk down Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square), which will be on your left. From there, you can take Via della Conciliazione, which leads towards the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight onto Via di Panico and then turn right onto Via dei Fori Imperiali. After a short walk, you will see Trajan's Column on your right.
