Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards St. Peter's Basilica. As you approach the basilica, follow the path leading down towards the main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along the colonnade, continuing straight until you reach Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and head towards the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing the bridge, turn right onto Lungotevere, the beautiful riverside walkway. Keep walking along the river until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn left onto this street, and continue walking until you reach Piazza Venezia. From there, turn right onto Via del Corso, and keep walking until you reach Foro Traiano. Le Domus Romane di Palazzo Valentini will be on your left at number 85.

After exiting the Sistine Chapel, walk towards the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 40 or 64 towards Termini station. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Cavour'. From there, walk straight along Via Cavour until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn left, and continue walking until you reach Piazza Venezia. From there, turn right onto Via del Corso, and walk until you arrive at Foro Traiano. Le Domus Romane di Palazzo Valentini will be located on your left at number 85.
