If you're starting from downtown Bennington, head north on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with North Street. Turn left onto North Street and continue for about half a mile. You will see signs for the Bennington Battle Monument. As you approach the monument, it will be visible from a distance. The monument is located at 15 Monument Cir, which is a circular area. Once you reach Monument Circle, walk towards the center where the monument stands tall. Be sure to take in the surrounding views!

Take the Green Mountain Express bus from downtown Bennington. Check the schedule and catch the bus at the designated bus stop on Main Street. The bus will take you towards the Old Bennington area. Get off at the stop closest to the Bennington Battle Monument, which is usually well-marked. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to the monument: head down Monument Circle, and you will see the monument directly in front of you.
Biking
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in Bennington. Start by heading north on Main Street, then take North Street. Biking along this route, you will enjoy the scenery as you approach the monument. Once you reach Monument Circle, park your bike at the designated bike rack and walk towards the monument to enjoy the views and history.
