Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Bennington Museum, head south on Main Street toward South Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with South Street. Turn left onto South Street, and walk approximately 0.2 miles. The Bennington Avocado pit will be on your left at 201 South St.

• Walking

  From the Bennington Battle Monument, exit the monument area and walk north on Monument Avenue. Take a right onto State Route 9 (West Main Street) and walk for about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto South Street and walk for another 0.4 miles. The Bennington Avocado pit will be on your right at 201 South St.

• Public Transit

  If you are near the Bennington Free Library, you can take the local bus service. Walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street and take the bus heading towards the 'South Street' route. Get off at the stop closest to South Street. From there, it is a short walk of about 0.1 miles to the Bennington Avocado pit at 201 South St.

• Walking

  Starting from the Downtown Bennington area, head southwest on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at South Street. Turn right and walk approximately 0.3 miles. The Bennington Avocado pit will be on your left side at 201 South St.
