Car
From the center of Waitsfield, head south on Main St (Vermont Route 100) for about 2 miles. You will pass by several local shops and eateries. Continue until you reach the intersection with East Warren Road. Turn left onto East Warren Road and follow it for about 1.5 miles until you reach the trailhead parking area for Madbush Falls, which is well marked. The parking area may have a small fee, so be sure to bring some cash.
Public Transportation
If you are relying on public transportation, check the local bus schedule, as services may vary. From Waitsfield Village, you can catch the Mad River Valley Transit (MRV Transit) bus. You will want to take the bus heading towards Warren and get off at the East Warren Road stop. From there, it is about a 30-minute walk along East Warren Road to reach the parking area for Madbush Falls.
Walking
Once you arrive at the trailhead parking area, you will find marked trails leading to Madbush Falls. The hike is approximately 0.5 miles and is moderately easy. Follow the trail signs to the falls, which will take you through beautiful Vermont woodland scenery.
