If you are driving, exit the main loop of Molly Stark State Park and head south on Route 9 (Molly Stark Byway). Continue for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Woods Road. Turn left onto Woods Road. After about 1 mile, you will arrive at the Mt. Mills West Picnic Area, which is located within the Green Mountain National Forest. There is no fee for parking in this area.

Get off at the nearest stop to Wilmington, VT. From there, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Woods Road.
