From Mount Ascutney State Park, head east on VT-44 E towards the town of Windsor. After about 5 miles, take the exit onto I-91 N towards St. Johnsbury. Continue on I-91 N for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 6 for US-4 W toward Rutland. Follow US-4 W for about 17 miles until you reach the town of Killington. Turn left onto Gifford Woods Access Road, and the park entrance will be on your right after about 0.5 miles.
