If you're traveling by car from any location in Smugglers' Notch State Park, start by heading northwest on Route 108 (Mountain Road). Continue for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with Waterbury-Stowe Road (Route 100). Turn left onto Waterbury-Stowe Road. After approximately 3 miles, you will see Smugglers' Notch Distillery Tasting Room on your right at 2653 Waterbury-Stowe Rd, Waterbury Village Historic District, VT 05676. Look for the distillery's sign as you approach.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the Green Mountain Transit bus service from Stowe to Waterbury. Board the bus at the nearest stop in Stowe and ride to the Waterbury Village Historic District. Once you arrive, it is approximately a 1-mile walk to Smugglers' Notch Distillery Tasting Room. Head south on Main Street and then take a left onto Waterbury-Stowe Road. The distillery will be on your right. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited on weekends.

If you're feeling adventurous and have a bicycle, you can ride from Smugglers' Notch State Park to the distillery. Take the Route 108 to the intersection with Waterbury-Stowe Road (Route 100) and turn left. The ride is about 10 miles and offers beautiful views of the Vermont countryside. Be sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic laws. The distillery has a bike rack where you can securely park your bicycle.
