After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Morrisville Park & Ride' stop. From there, transfer to the bus heading to Elmore. This bus will take you directly to Elmore State Park. The park entrance is located at 856 VT-12, Elmore, VT 05661, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
