Getting There

Walking
From the center of Stowe, head east on Main Street towards the Stowe Community Church. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with VT-100. Turn left onto VT-100 and follow it for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with VT-15. Turn right onto VT-15 and continue for 20 miles, passing through Waterbury and into Burlington. Once in Burlington, follow signs for the New North End. Turn left onto North Avenue, then take a right onto Rock Point Road. The Rock Point Trail Loop is located at 9 Rock Point Rd, on your left. Look for the entrance to the trailhead.

Public Transport
Take the Green Mountain Transit bus from Stowe towards Waterbury. Get off at the Waterbury Park and Ride and transfer to the Burlington route. Ride to the last stop in Burlington. From there, walk north on North Avenue until you reach the intersection with Rock Point Road. Turn left onto Rock Point Road, and you will see the entrance to the Rock Point Trail Loop at 9 Rock Point Rd.

If you are biking from Stowe, head south on Mountain Road until you reach the intersection with VT-100. Turn left onto VT-100 and continue for approximately 5 miles. Then take a right onto VT-15 and follow it for 20 miles towards Burlington. Once you reach Burlington, turn left onto North Avenue and then a right onto Rock Point Road. The trailhead for the Rock Point Trail Loop will be on your left at 9 Rock Point Rd.
