If you are starting in the center of Stowe, head south on Main Street (VT-100) towards the Stowe Community Church. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with the Stowe Recreation Path. Turn right onto the Recreation Path and follow it for approximately 1 mile. You will pass scenic areas and potentially see other hikers and bikers. Look for signs indicating Wiessner Woods. After about 1 mile, you will see the entrance to Wiessner Woods on your left.

Begin your journey at the Stowe Village Green. Rent a bike if you haven't already. Head south on Main Street (VT-100) and then take a left onto the Stowe Recreation Path. Keep following the path for about 1.5 miles, enjoying the natural scenery along the way. You will come to a clearly marked sign for Wiessner Woods. The bike ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
