Start your journey at the Stowe Village Green located at 51 Main St, Stowe, VT 05672. Head east on Main St toward S Main St, then turn left onto S Main St. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Mountain Rd. Turn right onto Mountain Rd. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will see signs for Smugglers' Notch State Park Campground on your left. The campground entrance is located at 6443 Mountain Rd, Stowe, VT 05672.

If you are biking, start at the Stowe Recreation Path, which begins at the Stowe Village. Follow the path toward the Mountain Rd area. Continue on the path until you reach the junction with Mountain Rd. Turn right onto Mountain Rd and bike for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for the campground entrance on your left at 6443 Mountain Rd, Stowe, VT 05672.
