Walking
If you are in the Old Quarter, head south towards Hoan Kiem Lake. Once you reach the lake, walk along the eastern shore until you find the statue of King Ly Thai To. From there, continue walking south on Le Thai To Street until you reach the intersection with Hang Khay Street. Turn left onto Hang Khay, then take a quick right onto Ng. Huyện Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach 39 Ng. Huyện on your left.

Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 09, heading towards My Dinh. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop near the Hoan Kiem Lake (Tràng Tiền Plaza). From there, head east on Tràng Tiền Street, then turn left onto Hang Khay Street. After about 5 minutes, take a right onto Ng. Huyện Street, and you will find Local Tours Vietnam at number 39 on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Hoan Kiem Lake and head south on Le Thai To Street. When you reach the intersection with Hang Khay Street, turn left and then take a quick right onto Ng. Huyện Street. Pedal for about 5 minutes until you arrive at 39 Ng. Huyện, which will be on your left. Be cautious of traffic and ensure you stay in bike lanes where available.
