From the Old Quarter, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 09 or 18 towards Ba Dinh. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Dien Bien Phu' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk back towards the intersection of Dien Bien Phu and Ngoc Ha Street. The Statue of Lenin will be located a short distance away at 28A Dien Bien Phu.
