Walking
If you are in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, start at Hoan Kiem Lake. Head south along Dinh Tien Hoang Street until you reach the intersection with Le Thai To Street. Turn left onto Le Thai To Street and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hang Khay Street. Follow this street and take a right onto P. Le Thach. Continue walking for a few minutes, and you will see the Sword Lake Octagon House on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
Find the nearest bus stop to your location. Take Bus number 09 or 14, which both stop near Hoan Kiem Lake. Get off at the 'Trang Tien' bus stop. From there, walk down Trang Tien Street until it intersects with P. Le Thach. Turn left on P. Le Thach, and in a short walk, you will find the Sword Lake Octagon House on your right.

Cyclo (Cycle Rickshaw)
If you prefer a cyclo ride, you can hire one from any location in the Old Quarter. Ask the driver to take you to 'P. Le Thach, Hoan Kiem'. The ride will take you through the bustling streets of Hanoi. Once you arrive, the Sword Lake Octagon House will be in sight on your left.
