From the center of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem Lake area), walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus No. 32 towards 'Gia Lam'. The bus will take you directly to Gia Lam bus station. Once you arrive at Gia Lam, exit the bus and look for a taxi or motorbike taxi (Grab) to take you to 19 Đ. Giang Cao, Bát Tràng. The distance is about 10 km, and the ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

You can use a ride-hailing app like Grab. Open the app and set your pick-up location to where you are in Hanoi (e.g., Hoan Kiem Lake). Enter '19 Đ. Giang Cao, Bát Tràng, Gia Lâm' as your destination. The driver will pick you up and take you directly to the pottery store. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle and ride towards Bát Tràng. Start from Hoan Kiem Lake and head east on Tràng Tiền Street, then follow the signs towards Bát Tràng. The journey is about 15 km and will take approximately 1 hour. Make sure to follow the main roads and be cautious of traffic. Once you reach Bát Tràng, ask locals for directions to 19 Đ. Giang Cao.

Walking to Bát Tràng from central Hanoi is not practical due to the distance (over 15 km). However, if you are near Gia Lam district, you can walk to Đ. Giang Cao by asking locals for directions. It’s a nice area to explore, and you can enjoy the sights along the way.
