If you are in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, head towards Hoan Kiem Lake. Walk east along Hang Gai street until you reach the lake. Once you reach the lake, you will see Turtle Tower in the middle of the lake. Simply walk along the lakeside path towards the tower for a closer view.
