If you are in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, start at Hoan Kiem Lake, which is a central landmark. From the lake, head towards Dinh Tien Hoang Street. Walk along the lakeside path until you reach the iconic Turtle Tower (Tháp Rùa) located on an islet in the lake. The tower is easily recognizable, so keep an eye on the lake as you approach.

If you prefer a cyclo, you can find one in the Old Quarter. Tell the driver to take you to Hoan Kiem Lake. From there, they should drop you off near the lakeside path. Once you see the lake, walk towards it to find Turtle Tower on the islet.

You can rent a bicycle from various shops in the Old Quarter. Cycle towards Hoan Kiem Lake. Once you reach the lake, park your bicycle and walk along the path to Turtle Tower, which is located on an islet in the lake.
