If you are starting from Hoan Kiem Lake, head west along Le Thach Street until you reach the intersection with Dien Bien Phu Street. Turn left onto Dien Bien Phu Street. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Hanoi Flagtower on your right, located at 28A Dien Bien Phu.

From the Old Quarter, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Hang Bai Street. Take bus number 18 or 22, both of which head towards Ba Dinh District. Get off at the 'Dien Bien Phu' stop, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. After getting off, walk about 200 meters west on Dien Bien Phu Street, and you will find the Hanoi Flagtower at 28A Dien Bien Phu.
