If you are near Ben Thanh Market, head to the Ben Thanh Metro Station. Take the Line 1 train towards Suoi Tien Station. Get off at the Ben Thanh Station, which is two stops away. Once you exit the station, turn right onto Le Loi Street and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Ho Tung Mau Street. Turn left onto Ho Tung Mau Street, and the Kim Xuan Gia Building will be on your left.

From the Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, head east on Le Duan Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Dong Khoi Street. Turn left onto Dong Khoi Street and continue for about 300 meters. Then, take a right onto Ho Tung Mau Street. Walk straight for about 400 meters, and you will find the Kim Xuan Gia Building at 45 Ho Tung Mau Street.

Find a nearby bus stop and take Bus 36 or 93 towards Ben Thanh Market. Get off at the Ben Thanh Market stop. From there, walk towards Le Loi Street and turn right. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Ho Tung Mau Street. Turn left onto Ho Tung Mau Street, and you will see the Kim Xuan Gia Building on your left.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the War Remnants Museum. Head north on Vo Van Tan Street for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Le Duan Street. Turn left onto Le Duan Street and continue for about 700 meters. Then turn right onto Ho Tung Mau Street. Continue straight for about 300 meters, and you will find the Kim Xuan Gia Building on your left.
