You can take a bus from anywhere in the city. If you're near the Ben Thanh Market area, look for bus number 30 or 65. Board the bus heading towards the city center (Ben Nghe district). The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Nguyen Hue' bus stop, and you will find yourself right at the beginning of Nguyen Hue Walking Street.
