Walking
If you are starting from Ben Thanh Market, head east on Le Loi Street until you reach the intersection with Dong Khoi Street. Turn left onto Dong Khoi and continue walking until you reach the junction with Le Thanh Ton Street. Turn right onto Le Thanh Ton, and you will find the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee at 86 Đ. Lê Thánh Tôn, just a short walk away. The building is prominently located and hard to miss, featuring beautiful French colonial architecture.

From the War Remnants Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto Le Quy Don Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Le Thanh Ton Street. Turn left onto Le Thanh Ton and continue walking about 500 meters. The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee will be on your left at 86 Đ. Lê Thánh Tôn. Look for the large, grand building with a clock tower.

Public Transport
If you are near the Saigon Opera House, you can take a short walk or a taxi to the nearest bus stop which is on Dong Khoi Street. Take Bus #36 towards Tan Son Nhat Airport and get off at the stop on Le Thanh Ton Street. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee at 86 Đ. Lê Thánh Tôn. The building is very close to the bus stop, just look for the large, colonial-style structure.

If you are at Nguyen Hue Walking Street, walk towards the Saigon River. At the end of the street, turn left onto Le Thanh Ton Street. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters. The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee will be on your right at 86 Đ. Lê Thánh Tôn. The stunning architecture of the building is a great photo opportunity.
