If you are near Ben Thanh Market, head southwest on Le Loi Street towards the intersection with Phan Chu Trinh Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of Le Loi Street. Take the first exit onto Tran Hung Dao Street. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach De Tham Street. Turn left onto De Tham Street, and after a short walk, look for the building at number 230. The entrance is up the stairs to the 5th floor.

Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 30 or 31 towards Ben Thanh and get off at the 'De Tham' stop. Once you disembark, head east on De Tham Street. Walk about 5 minutes and you will reach 230 De Tham Street. The entrance is on the left side of the street; take the stairs to the 5th floor.
