If you are in District 10, a popular starting point is the intersection of Nguyen Tri Phuong and Le Hong Phong streets. From here, head east along Le Hong Phong Street until you reach the intersection with Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street. Turn left onto Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Pham Ngũ Lão Street. September 23rd Park will be on your right. This walk is approximately 20 minutes, depending on your pace.

For a more local experience, you can hire a cyclo (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi). You can find cyclo drivers around major streets. Simply tell the driver 'September 23rd Park', and they will know the location. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes and cost around 30,000 to 50,000 VND, depending on your starting point.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from a nearby rental service in District 10. Start from your location and head towards Le Hong Phong Street. Cycle east on this street, turn left onto Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, and then right onto Pham Ngũ Lão. The park is located on the right. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes.

You can also take a bus to get to September 23rd Park. Look for bus number 65 or 30, which can be boarded from several stops in District 10. Get off at the 'Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai - Phạm Ngũ Lão' bus stop. From there, walk a short distance towards Pham Ngũ Lão Street, and you will see the park. The bus fare is around 7,000 VND.
