If you are in Binh Thanh District, the best way to reach Independence Palace is by walking. Start by heading towards the main road, Nguyen Huu Canh Street. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Dien Bien Phu Street. Turn left onto Dien Bien Phu Street and continue straight. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the roundabout at the end of Dien Bien Phu Street. From there, take the first exit onto Le Duan Street. Continue straight on Le Duan, and you will soon see Independence Palace on your right.

Bicycle
Biking is a great way to explore the area while getting to Independence Palace. Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Binh Thanh District. Start by cycling south on Nguyen Huu Canh Street. After about 1 km, turn left onto Dien Bien Phu Street. Continue cycling for another 1 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Le Duan Street, and Independence Palace will be on your right after a short ride.

Motorbike Taxi (Grab)
Using a motorbike taxi is a quick and affordable way to reach Independence Palace. Open the Grab app on your smartphone and select 'Bike' for a motorbike taxi. Enter your pickup location (e.g., your hotel or a nearby landmark in Binh Thanh District) and set 'Independence Palace' as your destination. The fare will vary but expect to pay around 20,000 - 30,000 VND. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you prefer using public transportation, you can take Bus No. 30 from the nearest bus stop in Binh Thanh District. Board the bus heading towards Ben Thanh Market. After 4 stops, get off at the bus stop near the Independence Palace. The ticket fare is approximately 7,000 VND. From the bus stop, it will be a short walk to the palace entrance.
