Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Hue, head south on Le Loi Street towards the Huong River. When you reach the river, turn left onto Tran Hung Dao Street and walk along the riverside. After about 500 meters, you will see the entrance to the Imperial City on your right. Continue walking until you reach the ticket office, located just outside the main gate of the Imperial City.

    You can hire a cyclo from various points in the city center. Tell the driver you want to go to the Hue Imperial City Ticket Office. They should take you directly to the entrance of the Imperial City, which is located on the north side. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
