Getting There

    If you are traveling by car, you can start your journey from Hanoi, which is about 120 km away from Cuc Phuong National Park. Head south on National Route 1A for approximately 80 km until you reach Ninh Binh City. From Ninh Binh, take the Nho Quan road (QL12B) for about 40 km. Follow the signs to Cuc Phuong National Park. Be prepared for a scenic drive through lush landscapes. Ensure you have a GPS or a reliable map since some parts may not have clear signage. Parking is available at the entrance of the park.

    For those traveling by public transportation, you can take a bus from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Buses leave from My Dinh or Giap Bat Bus Station and the journey takes about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive at Ninh Binh, you can take a local bus or a taxi to Cuc Phuong National Park. The local bus may not be frequent, so it is advisable to check the schedule in advance. Alternatively, taxis from Ninh Binh to the park will cost around 300,000 to 400,000 VND (approximately $13-17).
