Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Hue city, head northwest on Le Duan Street towards Truong An. After about 6 km, merge onto National Route 1A. Continue driving for approximately 12 km until you reach the intersection with Provincial Road 14B. Take a left onto Provincial Road 14B and drive for another 8 km. Look for signs directing you to Thuy Tien Lake, which will be on your right. Ensure you have a GPS or map app to assist with navigation.

• Public Transportation

  From Hue city center, take a local bus heading to Huong Thuy. The bus departs from the main bus station and costs roughly 20,000 VND. Inform the driver you want to get off at Thuy Tien Lake. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. After getting off the bus, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the lake. Alternatively, you can hire a local taxi or a motorbike taxi from the bus stop for around 30,000 VND to cover this distance.

• Motorbike

  Rent a motorbike in Hue city, which typically costs around 100,000 - 150,000 VND per day. Follow the same route as if you were driving a car. This gives you the flexibility to explore the surrounding areas. Use Google Maps or a similar app to navigate to Thuy Tien Lake, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
