Walking
From the center of Sapa, start at the Sapa Market. Head south on Thạch Sơn Street. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Xuân Viên Street. Turn left onto Xuân Viên Street and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to Lao Chải. After about 20 minutes, you will see a sign pointing towards Lao Chải Village. Follow this sign and take a right turn onto a dirt path that leads towards the village.

Hiking
If you're feeling adventurous and want a more scenic route, from the Sapa Market, take the same path as above but instead of turning left on Xuân Viên, continue straight until you reach a fork. Take the right path that leads downhill towards the rice terraces. This hiking trail will take you through beautiful landscapes and local villages. Follow the trail signs towards Lao Chải, and you will eventually reach Cầu Treo Lao Chải after about 1.5 to 2 hours of hiking, depending on your pace.

For a quicker option, you can take a local bus or motorbike taxi (xe ôm) from Sapa to Lao Chải. Head to the main bus station near Sapa Market and look for buses heading to Lao Chải. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Cầu Treo Lao Chải. After getting off, follow the signs leading to Cầu Treo, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
