The tour was brilliant but the best thing was the tourguide, she takes care of everyone and with her polite and friendly attitude the conversation was great and she knows so much about the culture that the time flies. The amazing tourguide is Ellie, smart, calm and you could ask her any questions. But don’t forget the stunning view if you don’t have rain, the little breaks were very important if you’re not trained. Thank you.

This company does so much more than simply providing a guide and a driver. They’re easy to reach, very responsive, and truly go out of their way to help. The Glass Bridge is definitely scary, but the views are unbelievable. Make sure you have something warm to wear, or rent one of the beautiful fur capes from the shops near the entrance. Fansipan Mountain is stunning with plenty to see, but the top was covered in fog during our visit, so we couldn’t enjoy the full view. Our guide, La, was wonderful — accommodating, patient, and very knowledgeable.
