Sung was an informative and bubbly guide. She was honest enough to let us know that we need not be pressured by merchants selling ethic crafts. She often provides alternatives to roads lesser travelled, which makes for good urban adventures. She was patient in guiding us when we were slow, and provided a firm grip to help us navigate the rockier and steeper parts which made it quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend this experience as we not only get to see wonderful views all around, we also get to learn new cultures and eat delicious traditional food.

Wonderful 2-day trekking in charming nature and actual homestay

My partner Sarah and I really loved this trekking in a group of 7 !! It started off rainy but soon it turned sunny and we got rewarded with nice views during a sometimes challenging and slippery walking path but this addes to the experience for us. You walk through rice terraces, bamboo forests and many small (tribe) villages. The homestay is litterally with Zozo and her family and is very charming, comfortable, relaxed and has a very beautiful view ! But Zozo really made the difference for us ! Her English is very good so it’s easy to comprehend and she can elaborate on a lot of things that we encountered. She makes sure the group is well and takes breaks when needed. And she’s a modern (thinking) woman who really does it all - a lot of respect for that !
