If you are driving, start from the city of Dong Ha, Quang Tri. Head southeast on National Route 9 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with National Route 1A. Turn left onto Route 1A and continue for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating Vinh Moc Tunnels, and turn right onto a smaller road leading to the tunnels. The entrance is well-marked, and there is parking available. Make sure to have some cash on hand for any entrance fees.

To reach Vinh Moc Tunnels by bus, take a local bus from Dong Ha to Vinh Linh District. Buses frequently depart from the central bus station in Dong Ha. The fare is around 30,000 VND (about $1.30). Upon arrival in Vinh Linh, you can hire a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) or walk the remaining distance of about 10 kilometers to the tunnels. Ensure you confirm the fare with the motorbike taxi driver beforehand, as it may range from 50,000 to 100,000 VND ($2.20 to $4.40) depending on negotiation.

The cost of renting a motorbike is typically around 150,000 to 200,000 VND ($6.50 to $8.70) per day.
