If you're driving from Tam Dao to My Son, start by heading south on QL2 towards Vĩnh Yên. Continue on QL2 for approximately 30 km until you reach the intersection with QL1A. Merge onto QL1A and head south. After about 70 km, take the exit toward Duy Xuyên District, Quảng Nam. Follow signs to My Son, which will be approximately 12 km ahead. The total journey will take around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic.

To reach My Son from Tam Dao using public transportation, first take a local bus to Hanoi. From Tam Dao, you can find buses at the main bus station. Once in Hanoi, head to the Giap Bat Bus Station and take a bus towards Da Nang or Hoi An. Make sure to inform the driver or conductor that you want to stop at My Son. The bus ride will take around 14 hours. Once you arrive at My Son, you can walk to the entrance of the site.
