Car
If you're driving from Assateague Island, start by heading northwest on Assateague Island National Seashore Road towards Route 611. Turn left onto Route 611 and continue for about 9 miles. Merge onto Route 50 East toward Ocean City. Follow Route 50 until it becomes Coastal Highway (Route 528). Continue on Coastal Highway for approximately 2 miles until you reach 7th Street. Turn right onto 7th Street and then turn left onto the Boardwalk. Continue south until you reach 720 S Boardwalk, which is Pirates Cove. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply during peak season.
Public Transportation
If you prefer using public transportation, take the Ocean City Shuttle from Assateague Island. The shuttle operates during the summer months and has designated stops throughout Ocean City. Confirm the shuttle schedule for the day of your trip. Take the shuttle to the Boardwalk stop, which is closest to 720 S Boardwalk. From there, it's just a short walk south along the Boardwalk to reach Pirates Cove. Be sure to have some cash on hand for the shuttle fare.
