From the center of Hampton, head south on W Queen St toward S Armistead Ave. Turn right onto S Armistead Ave and continue onto E Pembroke Ave. Merge onto I-64 E via the ramp on the left toward Norfolk. Take exit 268A to merge onto I-664 S toward Portsmouth. Continue on I-664 S for about 5 miles, then take exit 1B to merge onto US-60 E. Follow signs for State Park Dr. After about 3 miles, turn left onto State Park Dr. Grandview Nature Preserve will be on your left.

Take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus route 102 from downtown Hampton. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and ride towards the 'Hampton Transfer Center.' At the transfer center, switch to bus route 121, which heads towards 'Grandview Nature Preserve.' The total fare is $1.50 for a one-way ticket. Once you arrive at the Grandview Nature Preserve stop, you will be just a short walk to the entrance.
