From Assateague Island, head west on National Seashore Lane. Continue for approximately 3 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-611. Turn left onto MD-611 and continue for about 5 miles. You will see signs directing you to Assateague Island National Seashore. The park entrance will be on your right.

If you are using public transportation, start from the nearest bus stop in Ocean City. Take the Route 1 bus heading south towards Berlin. Get off at the stop near MD-611 and Route 50. From there, you will need to catch a taxi or a rideshare service to reach Assateague Island National Seashore, which is approximately 10 miles away. Be prepared for taxi or rideshare costs, which typically range from $15 to $25.
